Warranties & Returns

What are your warranties?

Every item we carry is covered by a warranty from the individual manufacturers and varies according to their policies. Generally, warranties cover defects from normal use. Damage from abuse, neglect, and accidents are not covered under warranty. It is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace defective merchandise. Labor and shipping are not covered under any warranty. For more specific information, please read the manuals included in the product packaging or contact us at team@grillesmith.com.

Shipping Discrepancies and Damage

As a third party distributor we are unable to pay for or reimburse any labor charges under any circumstances. We are unable to accept returns of any installed or modified items. In order to avoid additional labor costs or denied return requests, please verify the order immediately upon receipt. Check for visible and concealed damage and inspect all equipment thoroughly to ensure that all correct parts are received. Do not install damaged or incorrect equipment. If the items you received are incorrect or damaged please contact Grillesmith customer service immediately at team@grillesmith.com or 1-855-711-4822.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all non-custom products. All returns must be pre-authorized and have a return authorization form included in the box. Items must be in their original packaging, never installed or modified, and in re-sellable condition. Restocking charges apply for all products - 10% to 15% depending on the product. Credit is applied once the returned item is received and inspected. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on non-defective product returns. This includes shipping in both directions for any FREE SHIPPING promotions. CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER products (such as Dayus, Steelcrest, Grillesmith, Majestic, Vexell or other custom grilles) are NOT returnable. Under anti-money laundering rules, refunds on goods bought by credit card must be re-credited to that same credit card -- They cannot be made in cash, check or transferred to a third party.
